WEMP 101.9 Has begun Newscasts

Looking at Yes.com, it appears that they've been playing virtually non-stop music so far this morning, with no newsbreaks (songs at 5:58 and 6:02 am; also at 6:25 and at 6:30 am).
 
101.9 FM New(s)

Either Randy and Walt are screwing with us some more or it's evidence of the coming format... Has anyone noticed the reverb now? More subtle than 101.5 but it's there.
 
Or is it proof that the new Michael and Walt Company, Merlin Media is having a tough time coming up with a viable plan for the station? A little disaray going on Maybe? A clash of the titan's? A clash of ego's so to speak? A couple of kids lost in all the sweets of the candy store? I knew they didn't have a real plan for all of this. You don't flip a station untill your're completely ready to launch the new format with all guns blazing! And what is the point of messing with your listener's (or the competition's for that matter) minds anyway? It doesn't make you one red dime for all the time wasted playing around!
 
Yes, and why still no website and stream? You also must attract listeners to the internet and from it. Radio isn't FM only anymore. Now it's only a sort of 'spooky' station on the dial, without any details expect a lousy facebook and twitter page with no info...weird..

WEMP News Coming soon to 101.9 FM ?

If WEMP is going to be fliping to their new News & Talk format on August 1, I wonder why we're not hearing any line teasers "New" or "News", etc. coming soon to 101.9 FM ?

Because they not 'stunting' they do the listeners believe that this is the final station?
