WEOA-FM in Evansville?

The Mt Auburn site is up and running. It is not running stereo. Took a trip to Owensboro via the Audubon and around the Hebbardsville exit is where WQKZ starts to take over.
 
The Icemen are loud and clear here in East Newburgh, unless the Dubois county class A super station is running them, too? I assume I'm picking up 98.5 out of Evansville now?
