The more-powerful "104" half of the Foxy 107/104 simulcast has changed its city of license to Bunn (Franklin County) from Tarboro, where it was originally WCPS-FM. There's no change to the technical facitlties (transmitter remains in Macclesfield). Usually these are done to allow a station in a neighoring market to power up or to allow a station to move closer to a market (FCC's first aural service to a town, a la WCMC 99.9 The Fan's move into Raleigh), but neither of these seem to be the case here, at least what I'm reading on the FCC site.
