For a frame of reference, Sinatra had his last top 40 hit in 1980, with "Theme from New York, New York", peaking at #32. Before that, it was 1969 for "My Way", peaking at #10. Someone who was in college in 1980 is 60 now.

As for him being dead, that hasn't affected the popularity of Elvis or The Beatles or The Doors or Jimi Hendrix or lots of other artists who've died. Sinatra has a big fan base. Most of the audience of WGN is over 55, and they all know who Frank Sinatra was.
