Thank you, Engineer. You are the only one with the correct answer in this thread.

Thank you, I suspected as much, but wanted to be sure...

It may be the "correct answer" but I personally would not want to use the same adjustment across all songs in a library, so it is not the best answer.

IMHO, YMMV.<P ID="signature">______________

Except that you can only modify pitch with Prophet +/- 4.0%. Someone else mentioned a figure of 5.0%, so either that is not accurate OR they are pulling the .wav file into Audition / Pro Tools / whatever and pitching it +1.0% and dubbing it back in.

Which version? Los Angeles has the latest update. And 5% is doable.

It is 5%. I posted it and the information comes from Clear Channel in Burbank.

IMHO it is way too fast. Easily noticed. Los Angeles has never been big on sweetening music. The major exception was the "Mighty 690". No station in this market that I can ever recall reached 10% as they did.

Do you know what 5% would sound like?.....like I said before at most it could be at 1.5% - 2%. If your info comes from Burbank...then go look at it again.
