Probably not. The 91.1 in South Austin is more KOOP style. There is a big FM in Coahuila on 91.1 that pops its head this far north now and then because the channel is fairly clear.
Hey mmnassour you actually might be correct, I think the 91.1 pirate has flipped to Spanish Christian? I just tuned it in and it sounded like Spanish Christian preaching, and a couple weeks ago I was up here and heard Spanish Christian music on it.
Not sure about anything else. I wonder if they sold or gave away their transmitter or if they're just leasing it out.
