According to a birdie, the FCC did not knock on his door, and he should be thankful.

It is readily apparent that there are anal-retentive losers who have nothing better to do than hunt down these evil doers and post addresses. I'm sure that while he's telling his parents that he's out looking for work so they can get him out of their house, this individual is out secretly hunting for those elusive pirates that are destroying the very fiber of Americana. I'm sure this person has a long arm for patting himself on the back.

FCC issues $10,000 pirate fine.
The FCC says Steven Skalecki was running an illegal station at 92.9 from his Milwaukee home. Skalecki claims the pirate station was operated from another nearby property and that he was running a “weather monitoring station” but the FCC didn't buy it.
