In the Sean Hannity show clock, there are network spots, local spots, and then there is a "Local Content Break" to wrap up the spotsets. I've never seen this before. What is it?
My guess is that it's ABC mandating that stations not run commercials in that block and instead run content like traffic, weather, or promos. Am I right? If I am right, is it a mandate or just a suggestion?
