What is Townsquare doing with NJ 101.5's branding?

I'm sure the new voice and new jingles "tested" better or some other pseudo-marketing bullshit that will not actually translate to real numbers.

At least the branding is consistent now, but it sounds like every other news-talk station in America. In fact, the weather music is almost identical to the package CBS 3 uses.

Just heard it... the awkward transition from the old news outro to the new one, and the excessive warble on the voice... did they let an intern loose on Pro Tools and decide to make it the station ID?

Thanks Allan. Terry was a trip, eh? I remember doing Sundays on Kix, and Terry would almost always call the request line to complain (I always suspected adult beverages were involved). One afternoon he called, and started screaming at me in his southern accent, "What the hell are you doing to my radio station??!!" What are you talking about, Terry? "You're playing that god-da-mn heavy metal music!" What? "Don't play stupid with me, I heard you play a heavy metal song by a group called DEBARGE!" Uh, ok Terry. Sorry!
