What up with 1290 AM WCHK status?

I got it in the parking lot of Stone Mountain. But that was when everything was working. For those that need to know, WCHK used to show up in the Atlanta Arbitron. But they used the tower out back of the studio, and could only broadcast daytime. With the right stick, and a full 5,000 watts, it will get into Atlanta.
