Also, if you want to 'wet your whistle' in Tyler, you will be paying for a membership, and the drinks tend to cost you a little more, too (Smith County is dry). And, you'll have to drive to the county line to buy beer/wine/liquor in a store. Not the case, in "wet" Odessa.
