Is it my imagination or are they sounding more Urban than they were before Hot969 came on?

And does it seem that the two stations are going for two different segments of the audience?
 
Yes. 94.5 has recently updated their playlist.

I wouldn't call it Urban but its definitely more CHR Rhythmic than CHR Top 40 then it was prior to Hot 96.9.

They are actually bringing back some of the same songs that Hot plays like Ja Rule, Kevin Lyttle, Mary J Blige and etc.

I hope they have TI - Ball and Trinidad James All Gold Everything in MAIN rotation and not just at night.
