Whats up with 94.1fm ?

The currents are missing now. Cincy has no Hot AC and had SOME soft form of it with Radio. Now, the closest thing to Hot AC is Q102, which is Adult CHR.

HORRIBLE MOVE, imo

The currents are missing? Really? I heard them play Pink's "Sober" during my time listening last week and this was when they were known as "Frequency 94.1".
This station sounds like a Modern AC to me. I like the music mix. I just can't understand what everyone continues to bitch about...At least this station sounds DIFFERENT from the others. They always could've flipped to some form of FM Talk like a certain station in Columbus did and they didn't, so be glad they're still playing some form of music.
Q102 is listed as a Hot AC even though they're basically an Adult CHR like Z-93 was. I guess if someone in Cincy wants a Hot AC they could always pull in Mix 107.7...That signal reaches into Northern Kentucky if I remember right.

Maybe they're trying something new, where 94.1 will play music 24/7, and they'll play nothing but the commercials to support it on 96.5...
I heard both stations will be switching to Smooth Jazz!! 96.5 being on a 5 minute delay in case you really enjoyed the last song !!!
You may think that's a joke, but WKJJ in Louisville did something similar around 1980. They called it a "Lateral Replay"...they played the song on WKJJ-FM and if you wanted to hear it again, WKJJ-AM played it 10 minutes later. Live jocks on both stations...it wasn't just a tape delay thing. And the AM had a 4 share doing that.
Nope no joke... here's proof:

Well...whatever 94.1 has done has driven a long term office listener to WGRR. I've been in an office in Versailles,IN several times a year for the past few years & they ALWAYS had 94.1 on. That changed today...hope their changes weren't designed with long term office listening as a goal, 'cause it backfired in at least 1 case.

And here I thought Warm 98 was the favorite station in most offices? The current format on 94.1 will not attract many listeners either in the office in a car or wherever.

Smooth Jazz would have taken over a lot of offices (and elevators).
