When Was the Last Time You Bought A Radio?

One could argue most people never talked about radio in the first place, and you're absolutely right: if you're here, you are already not "typical..."
And it's become even more true over the years. If we could rewind back to the eighties I suspect that we'd find that people who put radio station bumper stickers on their cars and actively participated in radio station contests and promotions probably *did* talk about radio. And while that was probably never a majority of radio listeners, it once was a lot of people -- when I moved to Dallas in 1984 I was amazed at how many cars had bumper stickers for AC-formatted KVIL around here.

Needless to say, all that is gone today and radio is not something that many people give a thought to.
