It does go fast. Last night was a good show. Liked the non sports topic with the fellow starting a new career as a teacher after a layoff.
Seems like Lou's role was explained last night. I am sure it takes time for the team to mesh. It was more professional last night. The young man running the board comes across well.
Good reception lasting now until about 6:45 but not horrible after that.
C'mon summer.

Daylight savings time will fix that 6:45 problem. Then, we need to work some magic so its not as bad this fall.....
Cary, our PD, is the consummate professional, as is Andy and Co. They will continue to make this show a winner.
I really liked the boxing talk as we had some boxing ties in our family and, up here in D town, we spend some time with the boxing community.

The boxing was good but I don't think a whole show was a good idea especially after featuring it the day before. Hope you take this in the right spirit as I am not a pro, just a listener.

Jc is with the commandos and doing some other media business. I think he sounded good. Furman apparently doesnt know who to keep and who to get rid of.
He slammed mccoy publicly and hes obviously giving the new kid a shot. knowledgeable on sports, talks way too much and Furman always says this about all of his cohosts, so the kid will probably be canned in 2 weeks too according to Furman's track record. or maybe its a favor to some family friend to give kid an internship?

According to more reliable sources, getting paid is all furman cares about, and hes looking to get on elswhere at a national level.
From this source, furmans loyalties change every other day and hes so paranoid and neurotic that he puts down every one he works with behind their backs.
One day the cohost is a gift from heaven and the next he's talking too much or laughing too much or something. Then the producer is given a chance and he steps up and furmans ego goes into insecurity mode and gets him removed and replaced by some "kid"...is this what listeners deserve? He apparently is a huge primadonna and can't/wont have a relationship with his producers or cohosts to work any issues out beforehand or if there is an issue. He has a future in shortwave radio. Plus its funny hes on a mickey mouse station with 3 sponsors. (no offense to Mickey Mouse).

They apparently lied to her and tried to get her excited about her own show then rescinded the offer when they realized shed probably want too much air time/promotion, etc. We were all sitting around listening to real radio stations while we would occasionally pop into [EDIT*] on the air that day. What a simple ruse to try to get any women listening to this station at the 5-7 hour. She got used for her gender obviously, and btw, "who cares" what she thinks? she holds no water with any reputation!. JOKE.

As I posted in another thread, The Kid is a family friend and that is why he is there.
Not a good addition but I am sure Andy is behind it. The partnership ruined the show when it was on FM and will likely do the same here.
A shame as I would like to see Andy make it.
