They need to upgrade the software to the newer version that completely blocks all mentions of the offending parties. As it is, we can still see that the little dogs are yapping their hateful nonsense, even if we can't see their exact words.

I'm content with it the way it is. I have to admit, selective use of the Ignore function beats the heck out of totally abandoning an entire forum because of an aversion to "dancing with ugly posts". Just avoid the ugly ones, not all of them.

I can totally understand what you're getting at. I have absolutely no respect for people who hurl totally false accusations, such as calling a group of patriotic American citizens a "mostly vile, racist mob". There are many, many things that a respectable, thinking person might disagree with the members of the Tea Party about. The Tea Party takes a clear stand on several important issues, and people might disagree with some or all of those positions.

But none of those positions could remotely be called "vile", and none of them are racist.

I recently went to one of the Tea Party's websites, where they have pictures of some of the political leaders that they admire and support. Two of the five leaders are Black. Calling the Tea Party racist is, in fact, a damn lie. Which means anyone who does it is a damn liar.

Anyone want to be that accurately referring to someone who tells a damn lie as a damn liar will be condemned as "name calling"?

Ahhh, the old "I'm not racist, I have black friends" defense. lol Also, no tea party group would ever think to fake something like that to deflect the mountain of allegations that they're a bunch of racist slobs. Most everybody BUT the tea party sees what they really are.
