I might skip radio completely if your focus is that age group. I'd buy cable; Service Electric, Comcast, etc. Cable buys are inexpensive; you can target an area and target an audience by placing your spots on a channel that fits your product. Kids that will ask their parents to buy what you mention aren't listening to radio, at least not in any significant numbers, and that includes the 15 year olds.
