i've been away from the market for some time... why hasn't there been an arbitron rating in binghamton for several years?
please explain......Jon Scaptura said:Embargoed.
The ratings are only available to Arbitron subscribers.WhoDat! said:please explain......Jon Scaptura said:Embargoed.
everybody gives up at least 12+ numbers to allaccess, and that isn't giving up much. well then, are the agencies getting the numbers? or is nobody buying them in the market..?Jon Scaptura said:The ratings are only available to Arbitron subscribers.WhoDat! said:please explain......Jon Scaptura said:Embargoed.
When the ratings are embargoed, publishing the 12+ numbers is prohibited.WhoDat! said:everybody gives up at least 12+ numbers to allaccess, and that isn't giving up much. well then, are the agencies getting the numbers? or is nobody buying them in the market..?Jon Scaptura said:The ratings are only available to Arbitron subscribers.WhoDat! said:please explain......Jon Scaptura said:Embargoed.
WhoDat! said:so CC can use the book..compared to WHAT?? so in reality, no-one knows anything about the Binghamton market, WHY would anyone make an advertising buy?
i don't know any PD in any market who would disagree with you, especially if their station is losing, but they are Rated.SHimes100 said:If you are an agency you may purchase a subscription to the books. This market is so under sampled anyway it's not very accurate ....
ok, and i guess that gets filtered down to stations who didn't buy the book through word of mouth, but they can't use the numbers on the street.Seltzer said:The buyers...agencies...have access. They know. All that matters.
