Can anyone confirm the continued existence of this station? Supposedly their transmitter is out beyond Trussville but I've never heard them and their website hasn't been updated in years.

b5 said:I worked at WJSR back in 1997. It was soft AC back then and was known as WJSR or J91. While I was there we transitioned the format to Hot AC and changed the name to Hot 91.1. I have no idea how long that lasted. I did morning shifts from 7 to 9a several days a week with Daryl Perry aka. "Captain DQ".
