> Actually there is something on the FCC site regarding this
> but you won't find it listed under WHIZ's call letters. A
> rulemaking application (docket 04-161) has been filed to
> delete the Class B facility at Zanesville on 102.5 and to
> add a Class B-1 facility on the same frequency at Baltimore.
> Search under "Ohio" and under 102.5 and you'll find this.
> If and when the channel is re-allocated to Baltimore, then
> WHIZ would file an application to change City of License, as
> well as their facilities. This is the case regarding moving
> 101.7 from Dover to North Canton, 106.5 to Dublin, and a
> proposed deal to Move 101.5 from Toledo to Oak Harbor and
> then 97.3 from Oak Harbor to Genoa, among others.
They do have the permission for the allotment and if i read it correctly the change took effect in Dec 27 2005 They now need to file the application with the FCC for a construction permit. They have 90 days from the fcc order changing the table of allotments to submit the application. the order is dated November 10 2005
