Who Wins The Law Suit ?

I thought the law suit between Bubba and MJ was a work. Now, this thing is really going to court. I don't care who wins. One day, I hope they both disappear from the radio.

If you don't care, why are you posting the question?

He didn't take a side, just said he wants them off the air. If someone thinks it is a matter of publicity they'll never leave the air. Other than that there is the certain eventuality that if they are no good and are up to no good they will be off the air.

I didn't say he took a side. The title of the post was the question which I asked him, Why he posted if he didn't care?

I believe he asked the question because he is curious which party won: the plaintiff or the respondent in the civil litigation although he "doesn't care" who prevailed.

Until he brought it up, I had forgotten about it. As most had.

Because we really don't care.

Bubba looks fairly calm during the court proceedings, and MJ looks like he's the one on trial. This entire suit started because Bubba called Michelle Schnitt a whore. This is really a waste of time and Hillsborough County tax dollars. I hope the judge knows Bubba is going on the air and indirectly talking about the court proceedings. That shouldn't be allowed to happen. Outside media should cover the trial, not a participant or his staff.

Not a fan of either radio personality. Have listened to both - mj and schnitt show - and mr. sponge.

what bothers me is mr. schnitt touts himself as this conservative/less government/rush limbaugh wanna-be but yet when another 'dj' calls him and his wife - who was part of his cast during MJ days - a bad name, he calls the government?

i guess when your wife once worked for mark ober you can pull that off. Kind of shatters your radio persona though.

good luck to both of them.

i wish i had the talent to get their gigs.

MJ/Schnitt is proof that most conservative talk hosts are really liberals. Glenn Beck didn't find religion until his show went national. Today, hosts have to be conservative for ratings and ad revenue. Sooner or later, conservative talk may lose some of its appeal. The 2012 election is proof that America is getting tired of the of the evangelical christian right-wingers. Colorado and Washington(state) passed laws allowing possession of recreational marijuana. Maryland now allows gays to marry. That's the way it should be. Evangelicals, like Bill Bunkley, know social conservatism is slowly going away. I don't dislike people who attend mass and services, however I dislike people who shove their beliefs in your face. I was once a member of Assemblies of God and witnessed a lot of bigotry in that church. These people have no class and I left without any regrets.

Glenn Beck also has a cult like following online, through his website which makes him millions. It is true that these guys are nothing more than the modern day TV Evangelist. Ignore what goes on behind close doors.

Not all churches are for everyone.

Exactly, MJ/Schnitt is the biggest ****ing hypocrite / crybaby of all time.

Saw the tail end of Judge Judy as she addressed two people who couldn't spell cat if given the C and T..only to be followed by Fox 13 News at 5 with the lead story being MJ takes the stand. Complete with a Fox 13 courtroom reporter "on scene". MJ testified that people threw eggs at his house and he received nasty emails and, to top it all, people yelled nasty things at him. Should have been a disclaimer by Fox 13 urging parental guidance or warning of graphic descriptions and viewer discretion urged. Back in the Fox 13 studio, the anchor looking as serious as Cronkite did the day JFK was killed informed that there will be continuing coverage AND for more check our website.

I guess the lesson to be learned here is don't send Schnitt a derogatory email or you'll be in big trouble. Fox13 has this story covered like it's another Casey Anthony trial. These two egomaniacs need to be told not to talk about the other ANYMORE and be done with it. Oh but just wait... if it goes Schnitt's way, Bubba will surely appeal and it's far from being over.

Not a dry eye in the house today. Dramatic testimony and, thank goodness Fox 13 was there for this emotionally charged trial. TV's finest moment. Judge Judy followed by the Fox 13 5 o'clock news.

Biggest crocodile tears since the Eisenbergs...

This is like a dyslexic version of the "Connect the Ddot's".
