Have you heard the "Almighty" Rock 108 recently??? They've moved their "Pure Rock Pit" from 9pm to 11pm weeknights. They've moved Mandatory Metallica to one night a week - Saturday nights at 11pm. And in the past two weeks, I have heard "Kryptonite" from Three Doors Down, "Mama I'm Coming Home" from Ozzy, and "Open Up Your Eyes" from Tonic several times. Not exactly what I'd call "blazing" a path. Yeah, they're playing the new Rob Zombie, Hurt, and Korn. But it appears that they've softened things up a bit. I haven't seen numbers, but I would guess that a loss in ratings might cause this kind of reaction. Thoughts???
