Why would Audacy use KROQ to take down one of their other stations? If the high 1's continue I'm pretty sure KROQ will have to make some hard decisions. I still think going after kEarth is a good idea what does everyone else think?

Or do classic rock that would work as well. Just a thought nobody is doing it
Klos is a aor formatIf they do, Kevin Weatherly will get fired, because KRTH and KROQ are owned by the same company.
A lot of the people working at KROQ are also involved with Live 105 in SF, and it's doing better than KROQ.

If I was his BossKevin has not done a spectacular job with kroq. I'll give him till the end of the year then I'll fire him if shares don't improve
The top management knows that fixing a station as broken as KROQ is, like the song, an "Impossible Dream" so they likely gave him considerable time and latitude to get things done.Kevin has not done a spectacular job with kroq. The monthly is out tomorrow at noon. The diary's will be out either Monday or The following week. We will see how well kroq is doing then.
When did Klos start playing currents?Looking at the playlist, they play a handful of currents and about 400 classics from 60s, 70s, and 80s. Call it classic rock plus.
