I know he's still under contract with Star 94. But, Rob Stadler is so good. And he's a bit underutilized at Star. Does anyone think he might join his former team at some point?

Brilliant idea. Mess with the number one rated morning show in the market.jal41 said:RoddyFreeman said:I know he's still under contract with Star 94. But, Rob Stadler is so good. And he's a bit underutilized at Star. Does anyone think he might join his former team at some point?
B98.5 fired Kelly and Alpha's newsreader, Christy Henry, a few months ago. Marjorie Davis is doing the news for both B98.5 and Kiss 104.1 simultanously. Unless Rob can do news for at least three stations at the same time, I don't see it.
However, be could be a great asset at WSB-AM. They could team him up with Scott Slade, get rid of the other two newsreaders (Bob Coxe and Marcy Williams), and promote it as "Atlanta's Morning News with Rob and Scott" (or vice versa). Add some light banter (although keeping it professional), and it could make for an interesting program.

For all we know, Rob's happy at Star. I guess we'll find out if I'm wrong, though.
