WILL THE WOLF HOWL IN AUSTIN?

i just went to the entercom.com website for carreers and found that they are still having job openings for kxbt. aren't they suppose to have to go through the fcc at first to buy a station and another government agencies like the justice department before closing on any sale. i remember that when 103.5 was about to be sold to univision from clear channel , the sale got rejected from the justice department and the fcc. so i keep on looking around the fcc site and others and where are the public notices.
 
We'll, I won't believe anything until I actually see it. Which means a univision radio stamp on 104.3 if that's the case.
 
I haven't really kept up with the Austin Radio market but looks like there is going to be a fight before all is said and done
