Amen. And, you're right on -- the numbers prove it. WIOD has endured a painfully protracted decline in ratings in almost every category for the past 12 months.

Imagine if this translator had gone live (and executed properly) during COX's ownership, with Rick/Suds, Neil Rogers, and et. al. Nothing's guaranteed, naturally, but what a thrilling experiment to witness.

I've always maintained that a WTKS-FM/Orlando style FM talk station, tweaked for our unique market subtleties, may have legs on a signal blanketing Dade/Broward. Instead, we're given the likes of Sean Hannity on tape delay on a signal that even WDNA can boast is flakier than theirs.
