WJAR dropping RTV for METV

Since the time I made that post, WJAR has now also been added.

Interestingly, WJAR is not listed on the map, but is when you search a Rhode Island-area zip code. WJAR's MeTV is listed to launch on or about Sept. 26th.

How could wjar stab rtv in the back like that talk about having zero loyalty.
 
It's tough to say if WLNE will pick up RTV. They are probably still in tough shape financially and cannot afford the costs of picking up the affiliation on a subchannel while rebuilding their main channel. However, if the costs are right, and Citadel feels it could be profitable in the long run, they may eventually affiliate with RTV, or who knows, even This or Antenna TV.
 
Scary because RTV on an WLNE subchannel might actually get better ratings than the main channel! :D
