Or you Could Find a Station In Another Market and Apply to move it to 1110 In washington Pa. Parttimer said:What happens when a license is cancelled? Can the frequency be applied for by others (granted in this case a whole new transmitter and tower site would have to be found, so it likely wouldn't be worth the investment), but just curious in general terms.
Can it be applied for at any time or does it have to wait for a filing window?
