I saw a CBS holiday graphic and it looks like they are broadcasting 4 Xmas themed prime time episodes in December
Yeah the 12 confirmed also includes those 4. There will be 2 airing next year (Superfans Jr and Valentine's Day), and 10 other specials.

And just as expected, the chest puffing is done.
I’d say the chest puffing worked as SAG-AFTRA did get what they wanted and finally forced AMTP’s hand. AMPTP kept making this same mistake with the stalling. SAG has had a few blunders along the way (the Halloween costume thing) but nothing like the studios' unforced errors.

It looks like on Friday, the details of the agreement will be revealed, so it will be interesting to see how much give and take there may have been. At least those actors who have acting jobs can go back to work tomorrow.
