I continued typing after "touché", but erased it. The only thing I wanted to add is to your comment about working 20 years at the same station. That's a rarity, especially with a company like Clear Channel. Unfortunately, it doesn't say a thing about your talent or your worth to the company. And that's not a slam, that's just the way it is. You are obviously good at what you do. But if CC can find someone to do it cheaper, regardless of doing it better, you are out the door. My best advice is: when/if a raise comes your way, turn it down. Again.
