WNUE changed format mid-book based on the results for the first three PPM books, so WRUM obviously picked up a lot of the listeners they had. WNUE and WRUM had essentially the same format, but now WNUE has an "adult hits" oldies based format.

I lived in the market from '92-95 and 102 JAMZ was dominant then. Strange how they have fallen so far behind XL, Power, and Star.
