Sunbeam breaks ground on new local TV facility in Florida
Sunbeam Television has broken new ground on a new facility for its two Miami television stations as it relocates its operations to the community of Miramar.
The New offices for WSVN and ABC Miami is estimated to open in 2027.
Sunbeam Television broke ground on a new Miramar facility that will house WSVN and WDFL as both stations continue serving the Miami market.
The eight-acre site will include studios, production centers and offices, with the building expected to open by January 2027.
Executives say the move expands operational capacity and supports long-term growth, modernization and stronger local news service.
