Can someone explain this situation to me?
Based on this Wikipedia entry, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTBS-LD, is this low power station broadcasting in both analog and digital? And if that's the case, are they on two different channels? Looks like the "LD" designation is on 26/30 and, of course, the analog is on 6 aka 87.75 on the FM dial.
Also, general question here, if a "franken-FM" is using TV 6 for their FM radio broadcast, what do you typically see on the video of the channel if you tuned in?
