WTBS-LP & LD

Can someone explain this situation to me?

Based on this Wikipedia entry, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTBS-LD, is this low power station broadcasting in both analog and digital? And if that's the case, are they on two different channels? Looks like the "LD" designation is on 26/30 and, of course, the analog is on 6 aka 87.75 on the FM dial.

Also, general question here, if a "franken-FM" is using TV 6 for their FM radio broadcast, what do you typically see on the video of the channel if you tuned in?

Thanks!

It varies. I think at one point the one in New York City was showing Charlie Chaplain movies around the clock. The one in Cleveland showed a slideshow of photos of the City with a legal ID superimposed. But I think some others have simply broadcast color bars with a legal ID text. I don't know what WTBS's visual component is.

The FCC website shows them operating under a construction permit on channel 6*

They are running under an engineering STA. Do they have to have video?
