Lots of talk about selling and format changes at WTHZ. What about the fact they are building a new tower that will give them a Charlottte city grade signal and this location would not city grade their current COL? On the other hand a sale could be in the works and "Faith" could be factor to a christian buyer. A sale or format change could and would be a huge opportunity for The Ride or somebody with a city grade signal in Charlotte. Don't think WTHZ has had any promotion in the Charlotte market and they are showing growth and are making huge gains in the GSO market. Personally I do not get to hear the station that much but when I have it sounded reallly good both from a talent standpoint and musically.

Why would they sell to CBS? CBS is in the "sell" mode.
