While the impact isn't felt as strong in Philadelphia (where Comcast is the leading MSO) as it is in New York, there are still several customers in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area that have been affected by the stalemate between Cablevision and News Corp., owner of Fox, whose WTXF/29 was blacked out early Saturday morning after the last contract expired. Thus far, Cablevision subscribers have missed the first two games of the NLCS featuring the defending league champion Phillies (series tied at 1-1) as well as an Eagles victory on Sunday.
