WTZA 1010 call sign change

As I understand it, adding a cell antenna to an AM tower is a mess which is why we don't see them everywhere like we do on FM towers. I am not an engineer, but apparently it is more challenging than if you put an FM antenna on an AM tower. Maybe someone can jump in and explain or correct me.
