WUFC 1510 to libertarian talk in June

Yeah it means "tiiiiime!", as he's explained on air.
Once I was listening and a caller was talking when suddenly JT burst out with a loud cheer, loud enough to clear out your ear wax, loud enough to compare with Michele McPhee screaming MICHAEL GRAHAM IS IN THE HOUSE!!!! (WTKK
coverage of the Scott Brown election at F1). Turned out it was a Stanley Cup playoff game (or some kind of hockey game) and someone had just scored a game winning goal in overtime.

Midnight and it looks like Wallis is in control of WUFC, playing Wolfman Jack at the moment. And the site does say Jay Mohr at noon and JT The Brick at 6
(after one last ID as Yahoo Sports Radio)

They haven't had Sox in Spanish this year though the Herald media listings say they do. The flagship is now the 1490 out of Haverhill, WCEC...

A post I did on 4/1:
>>We were wondering why yesterday's opening day game in Balt. wasn't on 1510. @bostonradio did some checking around and found the new Red Sox _spanish beisbol_ network flagship is WCEC 1490 Haverhill (with some games on WCCM 1110
Salem NH).
Haverhill is a lot closer to NH than to Fenway. I was just on Rt 114 in Peabody and it was coming in, faintly.
In Peabody, not Boston...in daytime! No word of a Boston affil yet.

May have to tune in to find out.
WESO 970--site still says Michael Graham
WPLM 1390--can't find a site for them
WBNW 1120--moneymattersboston.com still says Glenn Beck at noon (they were delaying it)

Former Graham affiliates WCEC 1490 and WCRN 830 had switched to Dennis Miller when Graham left for Atlanta.
I don't know if the others will. Again, we'll find out by tuning in. (Bryan of WUFC asked me if he thought Dennis
Miller would do well for them and I said yes; he'd also said he thought Alex Jones would do better overnights but it was on 3-6 yesterday. I heard tail end of that plus the start of JT, yesterday)

LGlavin mentions on other board that WUFC is now running Dennis Miller 3-6 pm; Alex Jones, like Miller, delayed (in his case, 1 am)

Bryan of WUFC asked me on FB if Dennis Miller would work in Boston; I said, sure. He's also on WCRN, WCEC etc Bryan also said that he thought Alex Jones would work better overnight. Apparently other stations feel the same way.
Ironically the Ore. shooting incident today would provide good fodder for Jones (and you could tune in overnight to hear). In the bit I heard yesterday to check him out, Jones was saying people were blaming him ("false flag", "9-11 is an inside job") for the recent Vegas incident. And now...

>>1510 WUFC is PROUD to announce:
The Sean Hannity Show has joined the lineup.
Starting this Monday 6/30/14 at 3 PM EST.
You can hear Sean Mon--Fri from 3--6 PM EST right here on 1510 WUFC.

Not sure where Dennis Miller goes

Who knows what kind of goofup; once I had WRKO on and they had a PSA for something like the Red Cross of greater Kansas City. Nobody spotted the error. WUFC's sister station (unless they got another?) is in Laurel MD not Calif. if that's a possibility.

Also, WAZN 1470 AM is running the "Music of Your Life" satellite service nights and weekends, and WCAP 980 AM Lowell, which could be heard in much of greater Boston and northward when their transmitter is putting out its full 5000 watts (not lately again), runs their "Beatles (era) And Before" automated oldies format at times nights and weekends. The problem is that not that there isn't an older audience, it's that most sponsors (supposedly) don't feel that it's worth paying the stations to advertise to an older, more thrifty audience.

I'm shocked that WCAP is still actually ON the air...
