Pardon my ignorance, but shouldn't this station be giving top-of-hour legal ID's as "WVLT-FM Vineland" instead of just "WVLT Vineland"? There is an 800-lb. gorilla of a TV station in Knoxville, TN that shares those same call letters. Or does that rule only apply to radio stations and not those that share call letters with TV stations?
