This is the "attack" your knickers are in a twist over.
"Yeah, after all, it couldn't have been the fact that other stations changed formats and stole 3WS listeners. And it couldn't have been the fact that she hasn't been in the driver's seat long enough for her changes to have made an impact. And it couldn't have been the fact that overall the audience for oldies is just getting tired of the same old songs over and over and over.
"No, from the comfort of his cubilce in Detroit, Oldies Cat has hit the nail right on the head. We should all bow to his out-of-town wisdom, as he knows much better about Pittsburgh than those of us who actually live here.
"After all, who would know more about what Pittsburghers like, people who live here, or some DJ who lives and works in Detroit?"
This, in response to your post which was a re-stirring of the coals over the former PD of 3WS.
BTW, even though their calls are WWSW, they go by the moniker "3WS". If you actually listened to Pittsburgh radio, you'd know that. But then, you don't live here, do you?
