I just noticed WWTN got a CP approved on December 17th. The city of license will be changed to Hendersonville, and the stick will rise a measly two feet.

I'm sure the antenna change is merely clerical, I don't think anyone's going up the tower to move the antenna.
This is part of the upgrade for 106.7. Apparently 106.7 can't get a city-grade across Belle Meade from the new site, so they have to change their city-of-license, and chose Millersville.
But that leaves Belle Meade without a radio station. FCC won't let you do that. So 97.1 changes its city-of-license from Goodlettsville to Belle Meade.
But that leaves Goodlettsville without a station. So 92.1 changes its city-of-license to Goodlettsville.
But that leaves Hendersonville without a station. Hence, the change to WWTN.
(the chain ends there, because Manchester will still have WMSR-AM 1320 and WFTZ-FM 101.5)
Nobody except 106.7 is actually doing anything to their transmitter.
