The 70dbu contours of 90.3 and 90.7 almost touch, as do the 70dbu contours of 90.3 and 89.7.
I believe that the three station could all agree to up their signals the same amount.
In the. Case of 90.7, a reduction of their directional null, 89.7 could go higher on their tower, and 90.3 could increase power or move to a high rooftop in Fort Lauderdale. 89.3 could also be involved if WKCP moved north.

I had heard, or read, that WVUM 90.5 wants to go up to 1,300 watts. What will that do to da plan?

We hear his station breaks on 'DNA.

Is this even possible? The CSF group is now asking the FCC to reconsider the sale of WXEL, despite the sale closing and the station even changing its call letters to boot:

Isn't WKCP and WRTO still on the old WTVJ tower? Now that analog TV 6 is off the air (not counting WEYS now on analog 6 and 87.7FM), can everybody move to the top of that stick now?

Yes and no, in that order.
Other stations that have taken flight prevent that from happening.
WRGP protects WAYF, WDNA protects at least three stations on 88.3 and 88.5, WKCP protects WAFG and maybe WRMB.
