A legendary jock has just been let go at YRK. It is so unspeakable to me, that I cannot even mention who it was. You can find out on your own. This guy is one of the most respected broadcasters I have known. A true gentleman, a loyal employee, and audience favorite, and just a good person. The only music format I like is country, and I have not listened to YRK in about 4 years- i listen to everything via Pandora and Itunes. That has got to tell you something about the state of YRK if a P1 in the format has not listened in 4 years! This will only make it worse. The only thing that seperates a music station from new technology is the names we know, and the people we trust. YRK just let one of the best go. It's too bad.
