I was driving home last night on Hwy 231 and could not find WZZN's tower. Usually it stick out like a sore thumb with all 5 red lights flashing, but last night there was nothing but darkness where the tower usually is.
Austin, How was their signal up New Market way. I heard them also this evening around 2 PM on my drive from Cullman County to Huntsville. Good signal in Hartselle, Decatur, and Madison. Also, In case everyone who's heard the voice reading the ID's for WZZN, it's Brother John from 97.7 The Peach. BTW, wasn't he on WZZK back around 2000-2001?
They're back testing...again. I started hearing them around 2:45, and as of 4:18, they're still testing. Maybe they will get this thing on the air for good. They already have their license to cover.
