By the way... I've heard the "How do we get love bugs off the car" topic on 3 other shows on 2 different stations since your post, including The Phile and Burke... Man, that XL Morning Show really sucks huh???

The idea of a board like this is "point - counterpoint"... You made the point that the XL Morning Show is a mess and that the topic of lovebugs wasn't a good choice of topic. I made the point that a few other shows, that often brag on how great they are, used the same topic a few days after the XL Morning Show used it. I doubt Philips throws away segments because he's "bored"

What rumors you hear doesn't really matter to me, If you heard that, great. It will all play out eventually.

And thanks for the Demographics lesson on Basketball and the Magic. Not sure of the point. The MVP has been a white dude from Canada the last few years so I'm well aware that not only black guys play ball and I hope you're not calling Arroyo solid...

We'll all see what happens sonner rather than later I would guess.

I like the show, it is what it is. If I want something serious, I know where to flip the station to, but for the most part, I like it. It really has not droned on since Doc left. Back then we heard the same set up 5 segments straight and he would give out the numbers but never actually get to any of our calls by the time he was done repeating himself.

As for Arroyo, I know the team is called the Magic, but I don think Donovan actually IS Magic. I hope so for the Magic's sake, but that trade looks like it's headed the same way all the other front office moves the Magic have made went. Cleveland has 2 more of our old guys one game from the finals right now and we have Tony Battie to show for it.

Well, your gonna wish Doc back quicker than you think. And if they were smart, they would figure out a way to reach out and find him, before the impolsion. Who knows if he is even here, we dont hear or know anything. If he hasn't cut a deal yet, which i dont know if he can or not, it would stop the bleeding, if the ego's are to big to admit EVERYBODY was wrong, and bring it back......then everybody left loses there jobs too. There is only 1 answer...........and without it, it's MJ, and good talented local people never get there chance.

Based on what I heard, I doubt MJ will be taking over at XL.

Has Jayde told much of her background, like her days in Sacramento working at 107.9 The End? I'm curious on what her whole take on those days is but I guess she left Trish With The Dish behind when, along with the rest of the morning show on The End, was fired after the tragic death that followed the Hold Your Wee For A Wii contest.

Now he was a really bad PD. The guy didn't know jack about how to run a CHR Station, and he had no personality at all. ;D
