Unintended funny bit on this morning's "Price Is Right" on Ch. 3. Made me snicker anyway.
African-American was in the big Showcase Showdown at the end of the show. He was asked to bid on the first of the showcases. As the doors opened, the announcer said..."It's a trip to Savannah!!" Right then, the music for the trip started: a huge band arangement of "Dixie"! The look on the guy's face was priceless...sort of a cross between incredulous and "yeah, right; does the trip include a stop at a KKK rally"?
Kind of makes you wonder what some people are thinking out on the Left Coast. I'm thinking "Georgia" by Ray Charles would have been more apropos.
