I realize it's worthless 6+ numbers, but what in the wide world of sports happened to KFYI, Doc?

They were first to go live with Dallas, that's what happened. Worst attack on cops since 9/11 and they cut to news while "News 92.3" stays with beans and rice radio until practically the next morning.
back to topic: KFYI historically has had low cume and very high time spent listening. If one of those derails, then the station plummets. Because Los Buckeye Boyz have only $3.29 on the budget line for Nielson, we're dependent on other purloiners of ratings for those kind of numbers. However, we maintain 5~Fifty's problem is related more to content that appeals to even fewer listeners than the past.
I agree that it's getting harder to find people interested in their act. But what else do you do with an Ancient Modulation station that would perform better? You just have to ride it into the sunset.
