I wish WFMY wouldn't even list "Jeopardy" because the 6:00 newscast is inevitably going to run over into the program this time of year. Also, why call it a 6:00 newscast when it starts long after 7?
And this week, WCNC joined "Jeopardy" in progress when Alex interviewed the contestants. I thought by now I'd have a way of remembering for sure which episodes I had seen, but for these I'd better have already seen them.
Most local affiliates will still call their newscasts "News at 6/10/11, etc" even if they are delayed by a sporting event. WNYW/FOX 5 NY still refers to their nighttime newscasts at "News at 10" even when sporting events force it well past 11. Other affiliates refer to it as "News X after the game" or "News X special edition".
I forgot NBC started showing CF games this past weekend. I thought it started next weekend, and it seems their carriage will vary between games running from 3:30-7:00 and 7:30-11:00 ET. Knoxville is one of a handful of markets that doesn't carry the weekend reruns of Jeopardy! at all, so WBIR/NBC 10 moves Wheel to the 7:30 slot (normally 7:00) and airs local news at 7:00 if there is a 3:30 game, although I don't know if the news would affect Wheel in the case of overrun. A few Saturdays ago, I checked several CBS affiliates via a location spoofer and CBS All Access after a 30-minute CF overrun, and about half the stations that scheduled the 7-8 hour as "7-News/7:30-Wheel" aired Wheel at 7:30 ET/6:30 CT anyway, while the other half aired the news and no Wheel.
Back in November 2016, WOF scheduled a new episode to air on Saturday 11/12 because of the scheduled Election Day episode featuring a notable winner, so they slid back the Tue-Fri episodes to air Wed-Sat and moved up the weekend rerun to air Election Day for any markets that did still air Wheel (such as Atlanta which aired it on WATL, a MyTV affiliate, so there was no election coverage there). Of course, the "new Saturday" episode didn't air in many cities because ABC's 3:30 game that day overran by at least half an hour, pre-empting all 7:00 ET airings and most 7:30 ET airings as well due to local news. I know WABC New York and WLS Chicago did not air the episode. I believe CBS's game that day did end on time as a WBZ Boston viewer managed to recap it. There is also a video on YouTube of this "rare" episode as aired on KTVT Dallas.
I'm glad ABC finally got the hint about 7:00 ET programs being hopeless filler and just decided to schedule their own national filler. Hopefully CBS gets the hint as well. Several CBS stations list Weekend Wheel at 7:00 (such as WBZ Boston, WPRI Providence, WTSP Tampa, and many others) but have never been able to air it yet this season because of the consistent 30+ minute overruns. I actually got to talk with a WOF contestant named Beverly who was on the episode that reran 9/21 (originally aired 1/21/19). I let her know her episode was coming back on that day, but that she likely wouldn't be able to see it since she's from Dayton and watches on WHIO, which also lists Wheel at 7:00 right after the game's scheduled end. She was aware of this and fully expected CF overrun to take over, which it did; she basically said, "It is what it is".
Interestingly, a few months ago, WFMY permanently rescheduled Weekend Wheel to late Sunday nights at 11:35 PM and sometimes 12:05 AM, even if there are no sporting events on Saturday; the 7:00 slot is replaced with infomercials otherwise. WNEM Flint has no hope for any time for game shows during CF season; 7:00 goes to local news and 7:30 goes to infomercials, which presumably gets taken over by news if there's overrun; they're among the several affiliates that do not air Weekend Jeopardy! and/or Wheel at all during CF season.
You can check recaps of Jeopardy! episodes here to see who the contestants/winners are by matching them up with the episode number/air date in listings:

And here is the weekend lineup for Wheel reruns, plus if you scroll down, there's more info on what stations don't air Wheel at all on CF days, or only air it if games end "on time":
