I thought there was a thread for the new classic country station in Florence. It was weird the first time I tried it. John Denver and Pure Prairie League? Also Juice Newton and another crossover artist I can't remember now. And Alabama, though the song wasn't crossover as far as I know.
And the signal was poor even in Marion. Today, the songs sounded more like what one would expect from classic country. "Till The Rivers All Run Dry" by Don Williams. Now THAT'S country.
Wave 104 plays AC/DC every night at 10. And they played three in a row, and not all of the songs were familiar. "Back in Black" was the live version, the DJ said at the end. The first song had "rock" in the title but I don't remember what that was. Might have been "Let There Be Rock". He also listed "Sink the Pink".
