From the southwest suburbs of Chicago: 1680 WPRR Ada, Mich., is bombing in tonight. Usually a hard get next to 1690 WVON, it's easy. Makes me think WPRR's still on 10 kW day power rather than the assigned 680 nighttime watts. So if you need it ...

600 WREC TN Memphis 12/11/2021 2054 "Join us tomorrow morning at 8am for… on WREC". Fair mixing with KTBB and WMT. Surprised it took so long to hear this one, considering favorable strength/pattern.
850 WXJC AL Birmingham 12/12/2021 0700 TOH ID followed by syndicated religion program. Fair // stream.
1000 XEFV MEX Ciudad Juárez 12/11/2021 2107 Regional Mexican music mixing with XEOY, fair to good.
1000 KKIM NM Albuquerque 12/12/2021 0712 Religion interview pgm mixing with XEFV. Good then faded, // stream.
1110 XEWR MEX Ciudad Juárez 12/12/2021 0708 ID Cristo Rey Radio. Fair with KFAB nulled.
1540 KMPC CA Los Angeles 12/12/2021 0605 Talk in Korean // stream. Good at times with longer fades. Open carrier N/S assumed KEDA. Local KZMP off. I also checked 640 and got a relog on KFI airing Coast to Coast AM, fair with Cuba with KWPN nulled.
1540 XESTN MEX Monterrey 12/12/2021 0642 Christmas music and American Pop (The Cars). Fair u/open carrier (presumed KEDA) // stream. KEDA was back on booming in at 0700.

WLW TOTALLY OFF THE AIR AS OF 2AM EASTERN TIME 12/13.
Hearing SS talk and unid tropical-type SS music underneath, on the Milford PA SDR.
 
Saul Chernos in Ontario heard Calgary (CJLI), and XEDKR in Guadalajara, along with an ESPN that was either UT or WA.
 
From Houston, radio is a Sony ICF-SW7600GR, times CST:

570 XEBJB Mexico, San Nicolas de la Garza, 12/13 0635 listed as ABC Noticias, but at this hour playing nonstop SS pop.
640 KFI CA, Los Angeles, 12/13 0655 good with KWPN nulled, equal to/above XEJUA w/Coast to Coast, clear ID at 0657.
640 XEJUA Mexico, Cd. Juarez Chih. 12/13, 0659 good w/Regional Mexican mx, clear ID with call letters, frequency, and "La Lupe" slogan.
1000 KTOK OK, OKC, 12/13 0624 fair in KLAT slop w/XEOY missing. Ads for OKC businesses, KTOK mention. Normally vy difficult here.
1040 WPBS GA, Conyers, 12/13 0625, presumed this, good briefly in WHO null w/ad in accented EE, then Vietnamese talk.

0630 is the sweet spot for hearing KFI around here it seems. Cuban fades out after their sunrise ~0610, KWPN still on night power and weak, local on 650 signs on at 7, no sign of WCRV or KTIB.

@wildthangjim XEBJB was also playing pop music when I logged them previously. Agreed on best time to hear KFI is early AM in Texas, although, sometimes KTIB Thibodeaux, La. is in the mix. KTOK is surprising weak here in DFW also, usually XEOY is dominant.

1420 KPEL LA Lafayette 12/12/2021 2148 ID "ESPN Lafayette" fading in/out, fair.
1560 WMBH MO Joplin 12/12/2021 2115 WW1 Sunday Night Football, Joplin ad, aimed N/S under KGOW, poor to fair // stream.

That used to be a good time to hear KFI in the Chicago area, but since WMFN moved in it's impossible to hear KFI now.
 
At 6:55 pm MDT 12/13/21,
New Log: A station saying 1100 and 92.3, which turns out to be WZFG Fargo. Day power?
Mexicans on 720, 1000, and 1010.
Something in English under 1110 KFAB, but can't identify it. KFAB is just too strong here.

Location: Cheyenne, WY using the factory radio on a truck

A note here: Mexico does not treat the concept of "city of license" the way that is done in Canada and the US. The "location" of a station is based on where the transmitter is located. By US standards, XEBJB is a Monterrey station. By Mexican standards, it is located physically in that town which is outside of the Monterrey city limits.
